Check event dates and the data date together
Ex-dividend, record and payment dates are different. Choose a date type in the tabs and a period to see upcoming events or events from the past 60 days, based on Korea time. Filings and corrections after the data date may not be reflected yet.
Calculate the selected dividend
Calculate this dividend transfers the stock, record date, payment date and dividend per share to the calculator. Enter your quantity to calculate the amount. Events without an amount or data date cannot be linked automatically.
Sources and verification scope
Uses FSC dividend data from the Public Data Portal and a trading-day calendar. Without a filing receipt number, links lead to DART search rather than a specific filing. Ex-dividend dates are derived estimates; check the final filing.
Frequently asked questions
- How do the ex-dividend, record, and payment dates differ?
- The record date determines which shareholders on the register receive the dividend. Korean stocks settle two trading days after purchase (T+2), so shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date do not reach the register by the record date and are not eligible for that dividend. The payment date is the date the company announced for paying the dividend. For example, if the record date is December 31, 2025 (a year-end market holiday), the last settlement day before it is December 30 and the ex-dividend date is December 29.
- Why is a stock's schedule missing?
- Only the latest available event per stock is shown. Stocks whose next event has not been announced do not appear in upcoming events; if a searched stock has no event in the selected period, its latest event is shown separately. Unannounced or uncollected events may be missing, so absence from the list does not mean there is no dividend.
- Are the ex-dividend dates taken from filings?
- No. Ex-dividend dates on this page are calculated from record dates and the KRX holiday table. If the record date is a trading day, it is the previous trading day; if the record date falls on a weekend or market holiday, it is the trading day before the last trading day ahead of the record date. Missing data is labeled unknown or unavailable. Check the actual filing separately.
- Why don't I see December ex-dividend dates in the list?
- Upcoming events only include dividends that have already been announced. Among companies that pay once a year, some set the record date at the end of December and others in February to April of the following year, so this year's schedule is unknown until the company announces it. In the current data, the most common latest record date for annual payers is the end of December, but a substantial number fall in February to April. Search for a stock to see the record date of its latest dividend. If the record date is December 31, 2026 (a year-end market holiday), this page's calculation rule gives an ex-dividend date of December 29.
- Will the amount transferred to the calculator change later?
- The stock, record date, amount, payment date and data date are transferred together. If they differ from available data when reopened, a notice is shown. The transferred amount is not changed automatically.
- Will I receive all the dividends shown?
- Results use the quantity and dividend you enter. They do not verify dividend eligibility or the actual payment amount.
